Best Western Resort Country Club Gurgaon, Gurgaon

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the resort. The facilities were largely broken, the food was below par, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. On the plus side, the warm welcome I received at check-in was memorable, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained. However, the dining and service aspects really need improvement.

My stay at this resort was quite an experience. On the positive side, the resort has excellent amenities and a wide range of activities that cater to families, which made our visit enjoyable. The staff were quite attentive, going out of their way to ensure we had a good time. However, the location was a big downside as it’s pretty far from Delhi, and it felt isolated at times. Additionally, while the dining options were plentiful, the quality didn't match our expectations, which was disappointing.
